Big Fat Bacon – One-third pound slice of bacon fried and carmelized with maple syrup, served on-a-stick with dipping sauces.
Andre’s – Chocolate covered watermelon on a stick.
Bayou Bob’s – seasoned alligator bites on a stick.
Dino’s – Greek meatballs on a stick.
Fudge Puppies – Belgian waffles dipped in swiss chocolate. Yes, on a stick!
O’Gara’s – Reuben on a stick
Scotch Eggs – scotch eggs on a stick
New this year? Spam burgers, spam curds, deep-fried banana split, brat burgers, sunfish filets in a boat, walleye fries, peanut butter hot dogs, and a hot dog wrapped in french fries, on a stick!

The fair starts August 27! Geez, I just noticed Jeff Dunham is one of the headliners. Maybe my remark above about Jose Jalapeno was right on target! Jose, meet the deep fryer.
