As they sometimes say in movie reviews, skip this if you don’t want the spoiler, which is THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST BURGERS in Portland. Great beef, hand-formed, fresh-baked kaiser roll dusted with cornmeal, hot off the griddle. Had a bacon/cheese (swiss for me) with mayo, mustard, ketchup.
Seriously. Thick enough to be juicy, thin enough to have crispy edges. Love it. I’ll be back often.
