Heading over there Wednesday nite, will let you know what I find. I didn’t know this was a Chicago company, or that the sauce of the same name was created by some local guys. Curious note on the SBR’s menu, that some of the dishes have “Louisiana” names, and ‘cue isn’t a big thing in Louisiana.
Anyway, Wednesday, because they have “all you can eat” rib nite. Probably have to get separate tables for me and Mrs. Burgerdogboy; getting in her way when she’s eating any meat of the bone can cost you a finger or two! And she do love her ribs. Want to place a bet on how many she will eat?
