House Made Burger Night

No matter the rating, the chef, the ambiance, I’d still rather have a burger at home than most places.   It was burger time last nite, and the results are below.

This is angus beef from Fred Meyer.   1/3 pound, hand-formed patty, seasoned with McCormick’s Montreal Steak Seasoning.   Pan fried in cast iron to medium rare.   Dressed with French’s Yellow Mustard, house-cured dill pickle chips, and home grown Walla Walla onion slice.   Pretzel roll from Original Bavarian Sausage.
