First up is the loco moco at the Hotel California in LV, which he describes as “This particular Loco moco had rice and a very nice hamburger with and over easy double egg that was beautifully cooked like I have never had before. The gravy was wonderful , almost sweet. And a side of Hawaiian style mac salad.”
