Lion’s Tap, Eden Prairie, MN, has filed suit against McDonald’s, in conjunction with the latter’s marketing efforts for their new Angus burgers. The root of Lion’s Tap complaint is that they say “Whose Your Patty” has been a registered trademark of theirs for years. Lion’s Tap repeatedly wins popularity polls in the Twin Cities best burger category.
