I accept a maximum of three “on-site” appointments annually as an interim C level exec; I can be involved operationally or on a ‘strategic view’ basis. I have been brought in at the entire range of company stages, from start-up to divestiture, acquisitions, turnarounds, taking a company to the next level, assembling a professional team, or arranging a round of funding. I consider assignments worldwide.
The minimum on-site engagement is fifteen business days, the maximum is six months. Without exception, professional fees for these services are payable monthly in advance. Transportation and temporary housing are also the responsibility of the client.
Fee structure varies, based on a variety of factors, including a) interest of project, b) geography, c) possible back-end incentives.
