I wouldn’t usually spare any”ink” for anything relating to Emeril Lagasse, but I think it’s interesting to note he will be opening a burger joint in the Sands Casino, Bethlehem, PA, home of his “Chop House” restaurant which opened there this Spring. Emeril joins a long list of “celebrity” chefs getting into the burger business. Also it gives me a chance to post this link to his contest to win a trip to New Orleans, and visiting the Big Easy is always worth talking about!
